The number 1 rectification we see during a NDIS Commission quality audit is a lack of proper implementation of policies, procedures and documentation into providers businesses. This course has been specifically designed to explain the steps required to take policies and procedures and successfully implement these into your business.

The process of audit is designed to review evidence of compliance against the standards. Without evidence of the policies being implemented, your policies and documentation is not worth the paper it is written on.

No, it is an information based course only.

How much is the course?

The course is Free for PROVIDERplus members or $197 (+GST) for non members.

What is your refund policy?

Once purchased the purchase price is non refundable.

How long does the course take?

It is self-paced but we expect the course to take you a few hours to complete. Each section has a main video and text to review.

Is there a time limit I have to complete the course?

Yes, you have six months to complete the course. If you require longer please contact us to extend your enrolment.

Does the course include any policies or procedures?

No, we do offer these to purchase for an additional fee if required.

Am I able to ask you questions during the course?

You will get access to an exclusive Facebook group to ask your questions. We do not provide consultation as part of the course, but are able to assist with generic questions on the audit process.

Have recently worked with Provider+ on our re-accrediation for the NDIS. They are so easy to work with and are more than willing (and capable) of making the process seamless and easy to manage.
