Have you heard about PROVIDERplus? If you haven't, you are missing a lot. Dealing with Amela, Emma, and Michelle was an excellent and smooth feeling. They were so patient, caring and understanding. I had no idea on where to start to become a provider for the NDIS. However since using the services of Provider + I have been able to fast track my registration, they are extremely helpful and give you all the assistance you could ask for. Small price to pay for an extremely good service. I have personally dealt with Michelle and she has been fantastic.

Cannot fault the service offered by P+. We are a fresh start-up not long gone through the audit process with the help of Dorothy from Provider+ and their audit prep program. I simply cannot recommend them enough for anyone starting out. Our audit was a breeze thanks to Dorothy and the sheer mass of content available on the platform. Our audit report came back with zero non-compliance issues and the feedback on the day from the auditor was that our prep was extremely thorough and will no doubt be reflected in our future endeavours. We did a lot of hard work but it would not have been possible without Provider+ helping. And now we are through the daunting audit process we are digging into the other content on the platform. The 3 months to thrive, and the launchpad series are gold. There’s just so much content on offer and not just compliance related but general business info too. Amazing service!! And thanks again Dot, you were beyond helpful and really eased our anxiety regarding the audit. Dot was super responsive and knew every single thing we asked her regarding audit and the NDIS in general, she’s an absolute credit to the company!!
