Leigh and Melanie have been awesome. Very happy with the guidance and zoom meetings provided by Amy Swan. The instructions are clear and concise and she is also prompt with her follow up on email instructions with further links to assist with the journey I am embarking on. She was professional in all dealings, and helped me through a tricky situation in regards to the support item I was applying for. My case was urgent and Leigh one of the consultant was absolutely professional and responsive to my request! He made sure I had my pack ready by the time I needed it. To say the least, my pack was good quality and was quite comprehensive. If you are looking for stress free professional people to help with policies and audit preparation I would highly recommend these guys, totally worth it! You wont be disappointed. Have recently worked with Provider+ on our re-accrediation for the NDIS. They are so easy to work with and are more than willing (and capable) of making the process seamless and easy to manage. Kylie was easy to deal with and ensured that we were trained and prepared for our upcoming re-accrediation. Certainly a worthwhile investment to ease the stress and paperwork as part of the re-accreditation process. We wouldn't have been able to do it successfully without them.

Provider Plus is literally the encyclopedia for kids on NDIS.The website has so much helpful information in it, many links that give you step by step guide to becoming an approved provider. I am at the registration stage only, yet I am already very comfortable with the site. Definitely recommend a tour with Renee!
