Cannot fault the service offered by P+. We are a fresh start-up not long gone through the audit process with the help of Dorothy from Provider+ and their audit prep program. I simply cannot recommend them enough for anyone starting out. Our audit was a breeze thanks to Dorothy and the sheer mass of content available on the platform. Our audit report came back with zero non-compliance issues and the feedback on the day from the auditor was that our prep was extremely thorough and will no doubt be reflected in our future endeavours. We did a lot of hard work but it would not have been possible without Provider+ helping. And now we are through the daunting audit process we are digging into the other content on the platform. The 3 months to thrive, and the launchpad series are gold. There’s just so much content on offer and not just compliance related but general business info too. Amazing service!!
