Alexa Lantoria is a Customer Experience specialist at Provider+ with over 4 years of experience in customer service, community management, and IT support. Having been with Provider+ for nearly 2 years, she specialises in helping members feel supported, heard, and set up for success.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Diploma in Forensic Behavioural Science. With over seven years of experience supporting teams across Canada, the U.S., and the Philippines, she has hands-on experience in course development, community management, and digital operations. One of the biggest highlights of her career has been earning the trust of the people she works with.
