Cynthia Ly

Cynthia Ly is an NDIS Consultant at Provider+ with over seven years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, and service delivery. She previously worked as a National Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager, leading teams to maintain high standards across SIL, SDA, and specialist care programs.

Cynthia has extensive expertise in regulated restrictive practices, incident reporting, medication management, and compliance frameworks. She has worked closely with the Department of Communities & Justice and the Office of the Children's Guardian, managing compliance for Specialised Substitute Residential Care (SSRC), Bail Accommodation Support Services (BASS), and Temporary Care Arrangements (TCA).

She is passionate about supporting providers with compliance strategies, audit preparation, and quality assurance, helping them deliver safe and effective services.
