Esther Farley is a Customer Experience Specialist at Provider+ with over 10 years of customer service experience across hospitality, health and wellness, and insurance. She spent several years managing multiple Pilates studios in Melbourne before relocating to the Sunshine Coast, where she worked in general insurance. Both roles have deepened her skills in client relationships and compliance.
