She has worked as both a provider leader and an NDIS Auditor, giving her a well-rounded understanding of compliance requirements and the challenges providers face.

Gillian has held an executive leadership role overseeing HR, WHS, and compliance for an NDIS and aged care provider. She played a key role in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, NDIS Practice Standards, and Aged Care Quality Standards while leading teams through continuous improvement initiatives. She also worked as an NDIS Lead Auditor, conducting Verification, Certification, and SDA audits across multiple modules.
