She began her career as a Quality Officer for a not-for-profit community services provider and has since progressed through a range of quality and leadership roles, including Quality & Safety Business Partner, Quality Manager, and Quality, Continuous Improvement & Innovation Manager.
Meg holds certifications in quality management, auditing, operational improvement and project management. Her experience spans NDIS, Aged Care, Mental Health, Domestic Violence and Homelessness services, with a particular depth in Aged Care and NDIS core supports, High Intensity Supports and SIL. While she has not worked as an NDIS Auditor, she brings extensive experience preparing organisations for external accreditation, leading internal audit programs and conducting compliance reviews.
