Natasha Wedlake

Natasha Wedlake is an NDIS Consultant at Provider+, guiding providers through registration, audits, and compliance. With a Graduate Certificate in Dementia and Aged Care, a Diploma of Counselling, and experience in aged care and business development, she has a strong understanding of supporting vulnerable clients and improving service quality.

Before joining the NDIS sector, Natasha worked in aged care mentoring teams, serving on hospital committees, and leading local aged care networks. She also has a background in project management and business development, including work with the Reserve Bank of Australia, where she led rebranding and corporate communication projects.

Natasha specialises in audit coaching, health checks, and compliance consultation, helping providers simplify compliance and improve service delivery.
