Terms & Conditions / Refund Policy

Our products and services come with certain guarantees. If you think you are entitled to consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us via the contact details below with a copy of your proof of purchase (such as a purchase receipt, bank statement or confirmation email).

All other warranties or conditions which are not guaranteed by the Australian Consumer Law are expressly excluded where permitted, except to the extent such warranties and conditions are fully expressed in the Provider+ Refunds Policy and the Provider+ Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in this Policy will limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cooling-Off Period

  1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by us, you will have a five (5) business day cooling-off period from the date you accept our service agreement. If no service agreement was issued, the cooling-off period will commence from the date of the invoice we issue to you (Cooling-off Period).
  2. If you decide to cancel the services during the Cooling-off Period, we will provide you with a full refund. If you do not cancel the services then after the Cooling-off Period you will be required to pay us the fees for all services provided.
  3. If you decide to cancel the services after the Cooling-off Period then, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, any refunds will be at our discretion in accordance with this Policy and only where handover of documentation has not occurred. Where handover of documentation has occurred then no refunds will be provided.

Product and Services

We do not generally provide refunds on products and services for change of mind. However, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we may at our discretion, provide a partial refund.

Policy Packs

If you decide to cancel a policy pack prior to the policies being provided to you then we may, at our discretion, provide a refund. However, once you have received the policies then no refunds will be provided for change of mind.

Community Membership Refunds

There are no refunds for change of mind on any community membership fees should you wish to cancel your membership.
