Kristian Baraldi

Kristian Baraldi is an NDIS Consultant at Provider+ with over five years of experience in the sector, including two years as a support coordinator for one of the largest providers in NSW. He worked closely with participants, helping them access funding and services while supporting them through the registration process.

Kristian specialises in billing, registration applications, and registration variations, helping providers stay compliant and build successful services. He has worked with a range of businesses, from new providers entering the market to established organisations looking to expand.

Kristian is passionate about supporting providers so they can deliver the best possible outcomes for participants. One of his most rewarding experiences was helping a young participant move from aged care into a new SIL home, giving her the opportunity to connect with people her own age and build a community.
